Vibration Testing
With reliable quality and advanced technology,
we deliver solutions optimized to meet a wide range of customer needs.

By having the controller reproduce various signals such as sine waves and random waves in the form of vibrations through a generator, various tests such as sine wave tests, unbalanced vibration tests, and impact tests are possible.
It is widely used for vibration testing of component units in automobiles, electronics, electronic devices, aircraft, space development, etc., and is compatible with global standards such as IEC, MIL, and JIS.
For small and medium-sized systems (1 to 50 kN), static air pressure bearings (velour air suspension) (Patent No. 327294) are used for the guide, and for large-sized systems (over 65 kN), static hydraulic bearings are used, resulting in less consumption of consumables.
By adopting a static pressure bearing guide, it is possible to achieve an amplitude of 51 mm ps even in a small device, enabling wide impact testing even in low ranges.
The power amplifier's power unit has been designed to increase efficiency and output up to 7KV, saving space and energy.
